It is not technology that makes the difference by itself it is the right tools in the hands of the right people that make the difference. By taking the user perspective and looking through their eyes at the task they have to deliver, I work my way back to technology. With multiple iterations I design a fluent interface that supports the user and is adapted for their needs. I also make sure that both ends meet: the interface design and the technical architecture become one in the success of the adaption of the organization and the adoption of the digital tools.
I make use of persona’s and scenario’s for user perspectives and apply effect-mapping to come from uservalue to features on the interface. This tied link assists in managing the design over various updates and iterations, The rationale behind the design I deliver, makes sure that the design language is continued, even by other contributers.
